It's not bad customer service, it's pretty much non existent. In 30+ years I've never seen customer service this horrible, this is the kind of thing that destroys companies. I know I was planning on buying early access but after 52 days of dealing with so called support trying to get my steam unlinked, I'm not sure it's worth giving them any money by the time they fix the problem that we should be able to fix, the game will probably be almost/out of early access

I received a "24 hour chat ban" on January 1st and I was instantly locked out of my account.

Week three of no access. No communication.

I've given GGG about $500 over the past decade and this is how they are treating me.

I guarantee you that I will never ever ever give this company any money ever again.

I can't believe that this is the game company's customer service in 2025, a simple login verification can't solve it, I bought the experience qualification on December 29, played for 7 days, and then was stuck by email verification. I haven't logged into the game for more than 10 days now, and every time I come here to consult them, I copy and paste them to write an email to contact them, and after sending an email, I wait endlessly. I can guarantee that this kind of company will not survive in China for a month. I'm sure GGG will ban me again soon, because they're so efficient at that.
