What If Temporalis was untradable?

I guess Blink + Temporalis is what you are talking about.. that combination is much better than Enigma.

In PoE 1 Lightning Warp is basically Blink + Temporalis for casters or Enigma for "non cast speed" characters. And much cheaper and much easier accessible.

I hope such a thing appears in PoE 2.
