Breachstone Gauntlet is too tight of a timer for slow clear classes

Same for me as a lich. I have zero issues clearing T15 maps and I can kill bosses in under 20sec. I was able to beat T3 Xesht easily in about 2mins, but in T4 idt I even made it half way through the gauntlet... My minions just couldn't focus them down in time, most of the enemies were magic.

Obv I would need to get stronger, but at this point the only way for me to upgrade, aside from leveling, would be to buy gear that is literally perfect for 100s of divs, and even then I don't think that will make too much of a diff.

As of this post I am lvl 93 with max resists, I have 672 Spirit, 54% reduced reservation (so it basically doubles my spirit), +8 to minion skills, +2 to spectre skills (Prism of Belief Diamond), 374% increased dmg from passives (will be 45% more when I get my last levels), 95% more from scepter, and another 93% with Pain Offering. With all that and my support gems I can have up to 12 of my strongest spectres (fettered snakes, OP btw) doing about 33k dps each... And they are essentially invincible btw.

Like I said, I can technically upgrade my gear, my scepter has +3/4 minion skills, and my PoB Diamond has +2/3 Spectre Skills, but getting those things with maxed mods is crazy expensive. I'm a relatively new PoE player, never played PoE 1 and this is the first char I've ever been able to fight pinnacle bosses on. And forgive me if I'm wrong, bc for all I know we ARE in fact expected to have perfect gear and lvl 100 to fight them at T4... Is this the case? And based on my stats, am I'm unprepared?

Xesht is the first and only boss I can currently attempt at T4, but something tells me that if it wasn't for that timer and I was actually able to get to him or other pinnacle bosses, I could probably take them down. The timer feels very unforgiving, and imo unecessary.
