They're global, they could drop anywhere, all you can do is increase drop quantity and rarity and hope. But they are not guaranteed

Sekhema random mob drop or boss?
Random mob, might have been a pot, one dropped during an hourglass trial the other in a gauntlet

I've had around 7 drop so ar in 250 hours
Begs the question how people have 200+. I realize some people are wizards at manipulating the trade site (which let's be frank, trade is the crux for 70% of this game's problems), but if it really is just pure RNG, there can't be that many, people getting that lucky, that often. It also makes me wonder that if nobody is actually cacking these things for their intended purpose, why are they so sought after in the first place?
I wouldn't even mind no orb drops, but at least give me nice uniques (they even exist in PoE?) or rare's worth at least 5-10 exalts, but naah. Every drop I find is utterly useless, useless! Not even good enough for leveling new char :( Going to Ritual - blue items worse than in vendor, I go to Dellirium - all red lowest tier shards, I go to high tier map - 1 level waystone. GG. Thank you for nothing. God, forbid make one mistake die out of nowhere and you lose everything :(
I farm breach splinters and simulacrum splinters, then try farm the uniques from the boss fights in those instances you can access via breachstone and simulacrum then trade the good uniques from boss fights and thats how I get my divine lol ive gotten 1 divine in my 160+ hours from farming but I havent targetted high rarity maps tbh been more packsize maps to level up.
I'll see your Divine and raise you a greater jewellers orb, now they are rare drops; well for me anyway.
