I'm done with the game. This end game sucks.
They are owned by tencent but their size and budgetary constraints still put them far from AAA.

" I agree with that, it is essentially a paid beta test and I am sure that it will last a lot longer than the 6 months that GGG projected, probably actually 1 year or longer. Yes. Last edited by Bodomi#2100 on Jan 9, 2025, 12:53:41 PM

" I know the ui might make you believe otherwise but this is a AAA company lol. I guess larian is a indie studio too hahahaha |

" There have been numerous hot fixes and at least 1 or 2 updates since we got access, then there was a weird time period of a holiday where we kept playing but they didn't keep working. I dunno what people expect but even after making decisions on what you want to fix/change it takes time to actually make the fixes and get them to work. I would not put out a post saying "our next update will have X and Y" until they actually worked. |

" but you do? I don't need to know anything other than a parent company with a 500$ billion net worth is beneficial to a gaming company lmao. why are you defending a company like this? Last edited by toxiitea#5772 on Jan 9, 2025, 1:00:53 PM

Size wise Larian is about 2-3 times larger. Budget wise it’s probably closer to 10x higher. GGG operates off micro transactions along with having a nonexistent marketing team. You’re lying to yourselves if you think their steam numbers aren’t impressive.

" Google is free, but GGG is aprox 150-200 ish people. BLIZZARD 13,000, ubisoft is 20,000 Just to give you some context |

" Ok dodge it entirely but sure here you go. https://app.companiesoffice.govt.nz/companies/app/ui/pages/companies/1887410/36175653/entityFilingRequirement?backurl=%2Fcompanies%2Fapp%2Fui%2Fpages%2Fcompanies%2F1887410%2Fdocuments Finicial statement of GGG, "cash paid to employees and suppliers" 24,000,000 even using new zealands average wage of 65,000 This would mean 369 employees assuming 0 suppliers and that everyone of them are making the average (which we all know they all don't make the same and there are suppliers) so 369 is not the maximum. Thank you for playing. |
