I got none too maybe over 500 maps. Problem is you need to skip tower/precursor setup at early game and go further from startin point. Then they pop up in everyscreen. I feel like u can even farm them if u completely ignore precursor n stuffs. They definetly need to make citadels to pop up closer to startin point. full sent in ONLY one direction you should find some once you're far enough from starting point, my SSF atlas i went every direction could not find any, sofcore went full north and found some i way less map. Maybe just a coincidence but i bet the further you go the more they spawn so just chose one direction. But still the whole Atlas thing is dumb and random.
