Help and Information - Missing poe2 points ps5 - Forum

GGG’s suggested fix worked for me. Just make sure when you’re in your POE1 game you scroll over to purchase more points, mine then reloaded with my missing points purchased days ago. Mine was for PC, but same problem. I purchased 200 Points on 1/18 through Epic Games. I emailed them and messaged them through the website. I heard back on 1/25 asking for my character names.
