Is % leech bugged?

just use the flask that you always have dude.

You also need to realize that leech itself has limits placed on it. Presumably those limits are the same as they were in PoE 1.

There is a maximum RATE of recovery, as well as a maximum AMOUNT based on your life/mana pool.

Stacking a lot of %leech only makes you hit those caps quicker, it does NOT make your leech FASTER.


*ed: maybe I'm wrong on this? Haven't found a reputable source but some things I read say that the formula is in fact different for PoE 2
