You also need to realize that leech itself has limits placed on it. Presumably those limits are the same as they were in PoE 1.
There is a maximum RATE of recovery, as well as a maximum AMOUNT based on your life/mana pool. Stacking a lot of %leech only makes you hit those caps quicker, it does NOT make your leech FASTER. *ed: maybe I'm wrong on this?
