No Support Response

I have sent like 6 or 7 emails and created a forum post regarding linking accounts. I initially received an email then for the last 2 months nothing. At this point I don't think support really cares. Starting to remind me of Epic games support...
Going on 3 months with them stealing my money and not giving coins that I purchased with real money. Dropped the game until this is fixed. I've got no response and they haven't even did a status update from their support announcement. I continue to see people post here saying they are not getting their points and it really makes me wonder how much money they have stolen.
Just a update for closure. after going back and fourth with GGG Support in email they claim there was nothing they could do as they did not see the transaction even though I provided the number date, time, and all info regarding the purchase. now weeks later I suddenly have my purchase. Says points were added on the 4th of April. Got my points I bought on Jan 5th 4 months later even though they claim I didn't.....
