Could you tell me how I can get a support pack in the game?
Until the game was installed, they were in the Steam library, but when I started installing and then playing, the free packs were not activated on my account.

There are two early access packs:
1 - Path of Exile 2 - Support Pack for the King of Ogam
2 - Path of Exile 2 - Support Pack for the King of the Faridun

When I view these bundles on steam, it says - Extra content
Requires the Steam version of Path of Exile 2 to run.

But I have the game and I've already played 50+ hours.
And there are still no bundles.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Hello. Since the beginning of May this year, the connection to the game servers (Moscow and the nearest European servers) has become extremely unstable. To be more specific, when switching to a new area, the game crashes (error: unable to enter the area); when entering the game, it crashes (error: unable to load the area). Moreover, after 13:00 Moscow time, these errors occur almost every second time the game is entered or a new area is accessed.
