ths is related to part of the reason im never going to trade in poe2. if you like to trade the way i like to trade you put yourself on someone elses timeline, actually everyone elses timeline. theres a market curve, an evolution, stuff shifts over time and you either keep up with it, get ahead of it an profit or fall behind and miss out massively, youre essentially bad a trade and what happens is you can buy these op upgrades that ruin your self found gear progression but actually get very little of the absolute freedoms of of gear buying and crafting that being good at trade rewards you with, you dont have the satisfaction of competing in trade and winning.


to get those things you dont have to just trade a bit, you have to play the market, and the market has its own schedule you either play to or you lose the trade game.



and you know what? thats just not where i want to be any more. i dont want the fomo, the rat race rush. i want to play poe2 at my own slow pace and just savour it.




i will however keep poe1 logged on here and there to trade in standard.
