it's irrelevant what you think about "this is a business entity". All that goes out the window as soon as they made the PROMISE they would be gone and come back to keep working on it. You literally should, and it's expected that you do, have the basic reading comprehension to understand this low-level low-AF-stake basic concept. If you didn't like it, don't buy or invest the game until they had come back again. Like, it's literally that simple.
Are there some SERIOUS issues they need to address, hell yes. But they did indeed communicate that they wouldn't be able to solve them right away due to holidays.
This isn't even a kiss ass to the company, I got zero stakes in this. You are just acting childish and throwing a tantrum.
The holidays ended 3 days ago. The company is already working, but there are still no fixes. Even a preliminary patchout, or notification, that work is already underway. As a result, there is just silence, it is not clear whether there are any movements or not. Are they going to do something or not. Everyone is waiting for at least some writing for the mind, but there is none. Absolutely no feedback.
I'd like for you to go thru mountains of various feedback, bug-reports and server logs that you need to proof check and cross-examine, and then also make reasonable decision, that isn't rushed out like major, profit-driven companies usually do, on that data in less than 3 days after just coming back from a holiday.
Could they say "Hey, we back now. Working on gathering everything up until we make fixes and/or changes."
Sure. But is it NEEDED NEEDED given their track-record is pretty solid overall? Nah, it's fine. Chill.

Now to touch base on my past post, here I am again with the update prior to the "maintenance" whatever the hell that means... it doesn't look like they did not maintain shit. Still, my POE2 crashing and restarting my pc at the lowest possible setting "Ultra Performance" Vulkan with everything on low.
Meanwhile, I hop onto COD WZ with 150ppl in the lobby with graphics more demanding than POE2- *shocked* my pc kept running for hours! Its demotivating to play POE2 like this, I cant trade, map, or even chill without the game crashing and restarting my pc. I've grown to like the pace of POE2 but not this way, this is fucked up annoying. Looks like play half an hour a day would be a more realistic approach at the moment.
Graphical fidelity isn't the only consideration when considering how taxing a game is on hardware, and PoE definitely makes more calculations in a given frame than CoD does on average.
It would be useful if you posted your specs and operating system version.
