Still haven't receive my POE 2 artbook

I replied seconds after I got a response and didn't get a reply from them. Don't tell me a reply directly moves you back to the queue? They got to fix this.

they should at least resolve a ticket before going through there queue. If they don't they won't resolve anything and they're just prolonging/delaying resolutions.

Yeah all of this comes off as super sketchy, leaving us high and dry with no info after dropping a stack of cash on their product.

Two months and no resolution on getting my artbook. Customer Service will ask a few questions, or make wrong assumptions on your purchase without fully investigating the transaction. Then just disappear after you reply back.

This is unacceptable in any level of customer service, you're kidding if you think this is ok.

Is this how GGG treat people that spend the money to support the game?

Its been two weeks since the last response from GGG support and no resolution in over 2 months on getting what I paid for. Shame.

Two months and two weeks and still no news on getting my POE 2 artbook. Is this how GGG Support treat their supporters after getting payment?

Still nothing? going 3 months? immediately took my money but no artbook that I paid for with shipping. no response on their customer "service" emails.

I'm encoutering the same issue. I ordered the artbook last December and still have not received it. I contacted the customer support three time and they all ghosted me after asking my personal information.

I don't know how busy they are since not many people are playing poe now than few months ago. So I guess they just ignore us intentionally.

I am from Canada and it took for me 1 weeks for each item after buying each supporter pack (T-Shirt,Hoodie and Artbook) I receive the Artbook February 7th. So I don't know why you guys don't receive your items.
