I just wish a simple tracking number or confirmation would be all we need...

same with me since the 13th no response after given the info they wanted not sure what else i can do on my end but would've been nice to have a tracking number.

Bump. Same here. Still waiting. I've sent multiple emails to support. No confirmation or anything. My wife bought the pack that had a t-shirt and she received it within a week. It's going on almost a month for me and I haven't received a thing

Checking in here real quick. Just received the physical goods. Just about a month or so for T/A , but no tracking/confirmation. Luckily everything was correct and looks good!

Glad you got your stuff! Hopefully we all are able to get the same outcome, but probably will refrain from anymore physical purchases from them going forward lol

Update: was able to get a hold of support i was opt out of physical items but was charged for shipping fee, there opting me back in should hopefully get items soon.

Same here. I ordered my Defender of Wraeclast about a week before the early access launch and haven't seen or heard a thing. I just sent emails to GGG and Jinx.com, but that was just yesterday. Probably all good, but glad to see this post!
