+level of skills/spells/minions
I think that the whole "+ to Skill levels" is really bad design and belongs only in RARE situations and only for specific things.
They never should have been added to weapons. Only amulets, or niche Uniques should ever have + to Gem/Skill levels. It's heinously over powered and devalues everything. As it stands currently, almost every build in the game is "Stack defenses" and then use +14 to gem levels to scale their damage. The skill tree is another issue entirely which makes this even worse since it's so abhorrently awful. ~ Seph

" Because it's likely that the uniques won't stay that way forever for the very reason you just expressed. Everyone has already complained about shitty uniques, but I haven't seen much talk around skill level affixes, so that's why I raised this topic. |

I have been harping on about this. It absolutely needs removed
1. It is a mandatory roll if you don't have it your item is trash, say you have 3 mods your looking usually you can accept 1 missing but with + to gems you can't you have to have it. 2. Having it a mandatory roll screws the trding market making anything with out worthless 3. As said Uniques become useless if the item can roll + to gems reducing fun interactions for build diversity. Answer remove from game and increase damage of all skills. |

Another thing I just thought about is "Necromantic Talisman" keystone node. It's very weak in general right now, but especially so, considering that you would have to give up +3 minions slot, which no rare amulet can come even close to matching in terms of minion power (unique ones are also weak, but would potentially be usable if +3 minion affix didn't exist on rare amulets).
