My Account has been locked for 2 months now.

it is queue based, and you are not any more important that the people already in the queue
As such, send the mail and wait for a response, further attempts to rouse support result in the ticket being removed from the queue, updated and re entered into the queue at the back Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
