Make the game GREAT again! GGG's vision is something SPECIAL!

Balance classes with SPEED:

Warrior felt great, the slow methodical gameplay promotes strategic play and using multiple skills. The same with crossbow, the reload mechanic makes you plan your gameplay and use of skills, the reload bonus from the passive tree needs to be nerfed to keep it slow and in line with the vision.

The main problem with classes is that casters cast WAY too fast, cast speed needs to be nerfed by at least 300%, with slower more methodical casting it will promote using multiple support and defense skills. The same applies to rangers, drawing and firing arrows should be slowed down by A LOT to be more similar to firing the crossbow. Quarterstaff attacks are WAY too fast as well, it should be brought more in line with the hammer.

Gearing is too easy:

We need more stats on gear, similar too some uniques we need NEGATIVE stats added to the stat pool, items should be able to roll with negative resistances or movement speed/life/mana/etc. This would make gearing a lot more rewarding and a journey with one small step at a time.

Movement speed needs a nerf:

Humans can't move the same speed as wolves, this breaks immersion and the intended vision of slow and methodical. The movement speed we can get from items is WAY too much and needs to be nerfed drastically if not removed completely, the base speed we move at at the beginning of the game is perfect.

Crafting materials:

These drop way too much, it doesn't feel rewarding when any of them drop. The drop rates at launch seemed good but should be decreased even further. Divines should only drop on tier16 maps at a much lower rate, similar to lv20 skill gems. This will also fix the market, if players have A LOT less materials the prices will go down because players can't afford anything.

Conclusion:
The true Vision of the game should be tripled down on, we don't need another Poe 1 or similar game, we want something new and special and I have faith GGG will deliver if they just ignore everyone who doesn't see their vision yet and keep doing their thing!

I like when people are using the words "the true vision", without really having no cluse what the true vision really is.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
An fantasy ARPG is not in ANY way design around the idea of immersion. As long as there are mana sucking entities with lightspeed chasing you, there is not enough movement speed to conter them. You can not NERF movement speed while all other things run at you at high speed.

Crafting material doesn't drop too much. I'm one of these guys who used an divine to actually devine an item. Never got one after. Dropping should consider the fact if you're using items. But claiming "these drop way too much" is just bold.

Nothing about PoE2 is new or special. It's PoE1 with strechted playtime with players spending more time to
- walk
- complete a map
- end a boss fight
- find items of use
- back tracking maps
- doing trails

Since all other aspects of the game (graphics aside) are a pure 1:1 copy of PoE1 (even the insanely unuseful ingame text descriptions that have never been any help made it there) i kinda don't understand, what game you are playing. GGG's 'vision' is stretch playtime to unknown limits to maximize profit. The punishment system are there to let you restart again and again to maximize your playtime. It's a stupid game 'vision', cause it fails to deliver on the side of FUN.
is this like an agent from activision trying to sabotage the game or something ?
In other words, let's make the game more tedious?

GGG needs to decide what they’re going to do with the late campaign / endgame farming speed. There's some kind of "clash" between the early game slow-sluggish gameplay and even the later acts faster gameplay and kill speed down to the eventual one to two buttons pack killing attacks/spells.

If they tune down attack/casting speed, they'll have to tune down monster damage, tune down their movement speed, reduce map size by a lot and increase exp per kill to compensate. I honestly wouldn't want each level up to take 10 hours at lvl 80, but I would be okay with a slower gameplay if it's rewarding by itself.

What you're asking is to make the game slower and drops rarer without giving anything in return. And the item affixes pool is already so high that 95% of the gear is virtually useless. If they bring negative values in there, every item needs to roll with the maximum positive affix range for its item level or it would be a downgrade in loot quality which isn't what people need/want.

made my day :D thank you
100% agree
+1

the game should be tough, tactical and thoughtful

then they could reduce map sizes, pack sizes, and monster speed and one shots, just focus on keeping that act1 methodical combat feeling.
I love these troll posts.
