Trial of Sekhemas SUCKS

There's a reason rougelikes (which this is clearly emulating) try to never go over 20 minutes a run. That's the most time a reasonable person would be willing to spend on something that can completely fall apart at any point due to circumstances beyond your control.
Having done the 3rd trial for the first time in months, I have to say, it's still terrible. It's way too long, you're at risk of woeful RNG and I nearly lost to the final boss because the servers decided to catch on fire during the fight.

I don't understand how they can got from Trials in PoE1 which took on average 10-15 minutes and consisted of 6-10 rooms to something that takes well over 30 minutes and at level 3 requires 24 rooms and 32 at level 4. Nothing about Sekhemas is fun.

PoE2 I think is coming along nicely, but I don't think either Trials systems are in a good place. They need to be much shorter and have a lower barrier to entry. If the 3rd trial turns out to be the auto-battler, I guarantee you 90+% of players will just wait until that trial is available, and run it three time instead of those other two.

Yep, ANOTHER TRIAL OF SHEMAS SUCKS POST.

Playing as a Monk/Melee is a JOKE.

Playing as ANYTHING ranged is a JOKE in the other direction. "OH LOOK! I can JUST SHOOT HIM and my entire build is intended to do that!"

Not only are the Sentinels stupid but the Scorpion is also completely stupid.

I am Level 75 trying to kill Level 61 trials.

Imagine that. Imagine that. And the build I plan to upgrade to would be WORSE for this trial. I can clear level 5 maps EASILY. But the Trial of Sekhemas OH NO. Sorry, F U.

This is a skill issue. If you learn the mechanics and buys a few relics you will never fail this trial. Its damn easy, even as a melee

Some poe players actually dont like to play the game. They want a 2h campaign, no trials, insta loot. I dont get it, really. For me its actually fun to play thee game, and to actually put some work to finish trials and the campaign. Maybe you would like more last epoch, diablo imortal, or maybe a mobile game where the character farm stuff offline for you
Ascending should be doable by everyone like in poe 1. Hiring others to do the trials isn't an ascendancy trial at all.
I do think they are a bit long, maybe remove 1 or 2 rooms from each floor IMO.

That said ive done it on warrior and I just have no idea why people act like melee is impossible. I actually had an easier time with them on warrior than I did merc.

Just wait until you beat all the bosses and then disconnect.
Completed 3rd asc just to see if I could. And yea... silly easy.
