if you did not buy the key from the official portals then you need to go to your key reseller, this has nothing to do with GGG.

And why I was redeemed a key to Steam and worked for a few days?
I've not bought the key in the dark web, I've bougth it from a well known and legal web.

The key I was given ONLY can be redeemed in the official web of path of exile.

Right but what they're saying is you need to go after the seller, in this case Instant Gaming. You didn't buy direct from GGG.

Right but what they're saying is you need to go after the seller, in this case Instant Gaming. You didn't buy direct from GGG.

But how do I know is the sellers fault? They can tell me the same, the key is correct, contact GGG.

I have the same issue. I bought a key through Instant Gaming, but they refunded it. If I buy it through Steam, the problem is that Steam doesn’t allow me to add it to my library, because its already there. Any suggestions?

I haven't tried that yet. I'm not sure how Steam will recognize the same game; I assume it will report an error again? If you try it, please let me know.

Did this work for you? Asking because I have the same issue. Bought a key from Instant Gaming, Played it for 11 hours and then my access got denied yesterday.

As far as I understand, the problem is not the game itself when launching through steam, the problem occurs when it tries to connect with the servers of GGG who grant access or not, if the game is bought here and both accounts linked I think everything will be fine.
