cant log in Path of Exile 2
i got a key from a friend and logged in with steam. I could play for a week and now it suddenly says you do not have access to the early access version. I dont know what to do

i have purcased King of the Faridun Supporter Pack true Steam. I have spen at the begining almost 200 hours and then stoped playing for few months. " Hello Sarno, information which you provided is incorrect as if someone would report issue they shouldn’t receive any responses until by you combined ticket would reach the top of the queue. To initial my email support replied I think next day if not even sooner, but then after few emails they stop responding at all. It is quite disappointing as I do believe this issue is quite easy as they just need to check did purchase was refunded by Steam and if not just add new key to the account. It is disappointing that game developer doesn’t really care about paying customers and I couldn’t recommend this game to anyone. If game developer will not be able to assist with this issue I will have to contact Steam and request refund because i can't use game which I purchase and it is not because of my fault.
