queue signal failed error

I have the same issue , but only when playing with the Witch, when playing the rest of the characters, game never crashes. Wondering if it is not the https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Minion's whom are messing my game... Too much movement for the GPU? Hope they will fix it soon.

Recently, I have also encountered the error message "queue signal failed", which causes the monitor to go black and the game to crash and exit.

I recently purchased a new computer, and the basic configuration of the computer is:
CPU：amd9800x3d
GPU：nvdia5080
windows11

Recently, I have started playing in expert mode and have never encountered similar problems during the plot stage.
The problem began to arise when I cleared the storyline, entered a different realm, and started using the "Fire Rescue" hiding place. The game began to frequently report errors.
I tried to change my hiding place to 'Fallen' and there have been no similar issues since then.

The same situation also occurred when I used POE1 skins and transformed into a witch demon. The game also crashed and exited, but the severity was different from "queue signal failed".
I guess it's some kind of game skin reason that caused this crash situation.

Hello! Same problem, thought my rx7600 is the problem, rx7600xt, same problem, also it evolves, it started to randomly turn off my pc, then this Queue sugnal stuff. Sick of it good game, but not worth time invested, no problems like that out side of poe sadly.
