Cannot complete The Stone Citadel due to a bug

we are teamplaying with my wife
happened 2 times in a row now - stone citadel will not complete
we got quest progress and fragments tho

just happened to me as well with the iron citadel

Happened twice to me on Stone Citadel.

Map shows as "failed" despite killing boss and all monsters.

Same problem for me on the Iron Citadel just now, Bug Report ID: #3272378508

Same problem for me, still not working

Same issue here - Iron Citadel. Killed all monsters, but after entering the arena and killing the boss it now shows as 1 monster remains and the boss icon is still on the minimap. Boss dropped two Ancient Crisis Fragments. Atlas shows the node as Map Failed. Bug report reference number 657,590,284.
