Path of Exile 2 Early Access removed from my account

But just to be clear, GGG has not revoked any keys or Early Access FROM any keys, correct?
On December 24th I lost early access on my account, I immediately wrote an email about it, on December 28th I got a response that the necessary information had been sent, since then silence, how much longer will this state last? It's really frustrating, I am in contact with the store where I bought the key and I am waiting for an answer from you about what happened to the key.

I bought the key on kinguin.net and I use Google translator so maybe I wrote something weird. Anyway, after a few days early access disappeared
Exact same problem here ! played for 30-40 hours and my acces is currently dismissed i sent a email to the support the 15 January 2025 and yet nothing !

FIX IT !
Same issue, bought key from Eneba, played game for 6+ hours and now access has been revoked.

Have sent mail to both GGG & Eneba, hoping for fast resolution.

SAme here. GGG have deleted the game from my account, no mail, nothing, no communication. When I send them a mail, they answer they'll help me, and after that, nothing. Very bad support, stealers ? scammers devs ?
today I had the same thing, also bought the game on eneba and played until the wolf boss.
Send a mail with all the proof that I bought the game and screenshots of the succesfull activation on steam.

If he was able to play until lv 90 I doubt the key was faulty.
I last stopped at the final boss of act 1 (wolf boss)
If the key is faulty you cant activate the game so you cant play it
