POE 2 Customer Service

I deferred a sinestrial omen in ritual and now its not showing up in my rituals. It had the defer symbol on it and everything.

Failed to connect to instance , Clearfell 100% cant even login

I had this issue about a month ago and it got patched , now again i got failed to connect to instance (some of my most expensive maps) and then tried tping somewhere else to maybe reboot ,teleported to clearfell and now i cant even login for the last 2 days , celared cache my internet provider is top notch.

I paid for this game and for my stashes too so did my friends half of them having the exact same issue, like jesus its getting so frustrating this season lost at least 20 divines to this so far fix it ffs.

New Sorceress ascendancy bug (or overlook) ,
the new minions are missing the option to choose a weapon set with which to use them on ,
for example I have a minion level +2 focus +2 phys spells wand on set 2 and chaos levels on set 1 ,
just like unearth, my Kelari's command abilities should be able to use only my Set 2.
I believe this was just forgotten in midst of the update, and hopefully will see it change.

I just bought the Poe 2 founders pack king of the faridun it took the 100 dollars on my ps5. When I booted it up it said I don’t own early access to Poe 2 and nothing shows ups like what do I do??

Hello I would to report that ive been having constant crashing ever since I hit maps every time I go to fight the map boss it hits the check point and just crashes this has never happened to me before and when it crashes I lose the map and all of the loot I got from it please could u guys help me out
