Trade overhaul
" I like that Last Epoch is getting better and better, even If its not my cup of tea. SSF in PoE 1/2 is just a hard mode with no benefits, It would be so awesome if you could play SSF with increased Drop rates and never able to trade or migrate later to trade league. I hope that GGG will modernize Trading and let us play and not trade for hours. The Problem is, that too few are complaining for GGG standards, GGG is not able to understand that people will just stop playing and maybe never return because of the trading neccesarity. GGG is waiting until a majority demands an Auction House. When PoE 2 will be out of EA, there will come a huge number of new players into the game and the hype train will be rolling for some time. Until those players will find out that in PoE 2 "Trading or no progress" is the way and then they will leave as fast as they came. Last edited by Aijendo#3781 on Apr 14, 2025, 7:14:28 PM

"price fixers"...
"they list cheap items and never sell them"....... "they then buy the cheap items to sell for profit"..... has epiphany |

"Funny you say this because it just about happened to me. I was about to quit this season because I'd reached what felt like a brick wall on my main. I didn't want to trade for my gear and finding upgrades solo felt far beyond too hard to do in a reasonable amount of time and effort. Then I did and now I can actually keep progressing maps. |

5) It will also remove price fixers.
There are players out there who intentionally place an item for cheap and never sell it. It is made to fool other players into thinking their loot is worth less and placing it for basically free. They then proceed to by all of these cheaper items and selling them for profit. that wouldn't be possible with instant buy-out on auction house. That's the only thing I care about... Its annoying af |

At present, web transactions give people the impression that they are in a mess.
Always look for equipment, contact 10 players, and one person can reply, which can be counted as winning the prize. |

I absulutely think There should be an in game system.
I hate minimizing the game to check the website. Were even worse when we had to sell it all in the chat and it were a nice step up when poetrade were up but... I think is time for a better solution. |

And yes. There r several problems:
If u make the selling automatic... Yes, u will eliminate price fixers, but u will have to deal with bots wich will have predefined orders that will always get the item u are looking for as soon as it get posted to sell it for the price them want the item to be, to get profitt, regulating and manipulating the market in the process... Also getting all the filters and all that in the game might be tricky. Specially for console players... Also I dnt like much action houses as a solution. I were there when Diablo 3 came up with the idea and it were horrible. Wow action house works but theres a reason why in wow is ok but in Diablo were not... So probably the system we have is close to b the best one, price fixers included. However, would b nice if u could access to the website ingame. |

+100000
Seriously everyone is dying for an AH, even if each one of us already knows this won't happen ever. In any case, something like: "We don't have plans for an AH to prevent players arguing about selling items for a wrong price (and because we don't want to have a ton of tickets demanding a refund)" Well... double confirmation exists. If after double checking the price, someone sells an item for an Exalted instead a Divine, then that's entirely their fault. |

" Against Bots or all others who just want to flip the market. 2 Options to solve this: A: You can't sell an item you bought from the auction house B: You can't sell an item for 7 days, you bought from the auction house Both options would be a good solution for item flippers. And the real player who used the Auction House for own progress has no downside to it, and with option B this Person can sell these items after a week of fun with it or later. Conclusion: AH with Instant Buyout is mandatory, and GGG just have to make adjustments against flippers and Bots. |
