Add new content for the polish community in PoE2

Add Polish leanguage 💪💪💪

TLDR: Even if GGG agrees, it's probably going to take awhile

I definitely support more languages being available. That said, the scope of it is important. If you want voice overs as well that's a lot more time/money investment. Even just translating textual data you have:

1. All dialogue
2. Every single item name
3. Every single item description
4. Every single passive tree node
5. Every single skill
6. Probably website content (especially the trade website)
7. Anything else shown that's text in a UI I forgot about

GGG also has to hire/contract translation folks. Given the current state of things I feel like game dev/asset creation jobs to fix core issues is going to be higher on their hiring list.

a lot of people started to play but it was after some time for the lack of language pl because of the complex mechanics and descriptions which than they understand too much, I also begin to be irritated by the lack of Polish my knowledge of the language is weak, I manage but for a long time I do not know if I will stay

This Game is hardcore. Polish language should made it easier to understood.
