Suggestion: use rarity text color (blue for uncommon, gold for rare, etc) in the passive skill tree

I've noticed all the modifiers of the passive skill tree are written the same color regardless of impact. I think it would a great help to have the text color reflect the value of the mod, like rarity for items.

Among other things, it could help differentiate between additive and multiplicative effects.

Examples, taking my experience as a sorceress:

White text for normal, run-of-the-mill modifiers.
  • +X to [Attribute]
  • X% increased Spell Damage
  • X% increased Mana Regeneration Rate
  • X% increased ES
  • X% increased ES Recharge Rate
  • Damage penetrates X% [Elemental] Resistance

Blue text for uncommon modifiers, the nice-to-have.
  • +X to maximum Mana
  • X% increased Maximum Mana
  • X% increased [Elemental] Exposure Effect
  • +X% to [Elemental] Resistance

Golden text for rare modifiers, the ones worth killing for.
  • X% increased [Attribute]
  • X% increased Mana Recovery Rate (which is not Regeneration Rate!)
  • X% increased ES Recovery Rate
  • +X% to [Elemental] Maximum Resistance
  • Gain X% of Damage as Extra Y Damage
  • +1 to Level of all [Type] Skills

Brown text for unique modifiers, the ones you don't see anywhere else in the tree.
  • Burning enemies you kill have a 5% to explodes [...]
  • Enemies you curse are Hindered [...]
  • Capstone modifiers (You can apply an additional curse, etc)

Red text for tradeoffs.
  • X% reduced Maximum Mana (this one is nasty!)
  • X% reduced Maximum Life
  • X% reduced Cast Speed
  • Capstones again (Double activation delay of your curses, etc)
