PoE 2 Trade Database Invalid Query: Your account must be in-game to use this feature

No Support what so ever after a month ....I have send multiple messages regarding my acount and still no response,I have tried everything but unfortunatly i cant do anything about this problem: "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now" When can i play this game GGG????? Is it really that hard to get an update regarding this issue? I dont play on PC and after spending all my coins for extra inventory i cant even use it because SONY doesnt support it... Really now?????? Lets see how long it will take you guys to actually give us an update about this problem ...

Hahaha I hit contact support, and it brings me to a room with 300 more ppl with the same issue, wow, that’s what I call awesome support

I paid for the game, I bought stash tabs for inventory, I bought cosmetics, and for all that, I don’t even get to chat or trade

Its funny because peoples can whisper me for items iv put on sale but i cnat use site normaly since today xd

Same here, solved by doing:

go to https://pathofexile2.com/early-access
login using you xbox/ps/?? account
you will be redirect to poe1 website
go to https://www.pathofexile.com/trade2/search/poe2/Standard (or /hardcore)
then click on the TRADE button and verify to be on POE2 market (dropdown right from the search inputbox)
Be sure to be online with your character.
now you should be able to whisper
