Tooltips and numbers on Svalinn's cast on block are not accurate

The cast-on-block meta-gem on Svalinn does not accurately reflect either the energy gained or the maximum energy.

Yeah, it currently seems to be pretty much unusable?

Tooltip states:

- Gain 250 energy when you block.
- 10 max energy per 0.1 sec cast time.
- 51% increased energy gained.

With contagion socketed, at 1.0 cast time, the energy progresses at 3-4% per block.

According to the tooltip it should progress at about 250% per block.

Now I have to stand in a group of monsters for a couple of seconds getting hammered to get even one cast off. Surely this is not intended?

And in any case - fixing the tooltip would be in order. The detailed tooltip is completely messed up as well, showing nonsensical numbers.

Bumping this, hopefully it's an unintended consequence of the trigger changes, otherwise at the very least the tooltip needs to be updated.

This is still bugged/tooltip still inaccurate. Also, cast on block info arrow displays a very broken Ancestral Totem block that's empty and about 100 pages long.

The tooltip glitches 100% of the time and doesnt show any info accurately.
It will bug out and display information on the previous skill gem you read.
Shows dozens of pages, several empty lines, and shows another skill name on top.
