PoE 2 - Delirium not starting correctly

Same here stuck at 00:04 mist wont go away ran back to start and still not completing for me totally broken and cant get my rewards. I will be avoiding delerium for now.

+1 happening in vaal factory, deli music plays, counter never increases, no delirium mobs, fog appears to be absent. EDIT: also the particle effects for delirium were there without fog. They disappeared after clicking the button to end encounter.

2nd map today. Went through the mirror and no delerium monsters. Mouse over the end delerium button and it says "NOT SET"

same exact situation as OP for me, on Steppe map if that's relevant

To add even further to the bugged delirium events, and this happened to me only once:

I got the counter to stick forever at 4 seconds before ending. This meant I cleared the entire map at my leisure, killing all the delirium spawns and finding all the iced extra monsters. Then I ended the event from the button right, and got maximum rewards. Neat right? Only happened once however. :D

Not just this... ALSO SOMETIMES the delirium runs indefinitely but ALSO the rewads still go up and count and you get rewarded when you manually finnish the event... we stood in 7x reward in delirium empty map and we went out for 20-30 min not pausing the game just to see if we get the rewards when it ends... it didnt end...
