Unauthorized charges and no reply from support?

How did you manage to get someone to reply to you? I'm almost waiting for 2 weeks now, and still radio silence...


XSOLLA is just the payment handler. GGG are the ones who keep dropping the ball
same happened to me , 4 supporter pack 30$ usd (which gives the CDKEYS) were made (no cd keys in the system message btw. probably the thief with admin access who grabbed them and deleted it after.), emails i received from xsolla was in arabic.

i checked paypal and the only other purchase i had made that day was buying the game WEBFISHING on steam. and then the 4 supporter packs purchase were made.

i suspect it's webfishing that caused the attack on this.
I've reported the game for fraud on steam.

I have contacted xsolla about refunds. they've responded, still on going.
I have contacted GGG support about this, still no reply.

OP here on gf's account. Support is a joke. Lisa locked my account while I was mapping but didn't have the decency to stay online after I replied a minute later. Same for Ramanpreet. Its been 5 days. I work in the IT field, if I let any ticket go this long without a follow up I would have lost my job before the 5th day.

Do not lock players accounts after they have done your job unless you plan on sticking around to fix your mess. I still have no refund on the faudulent purchases and Paypal has CALLED ME TWICE wondering why GGG is dragging their feet. PAYPAL. Can you imagine that? Paypal is more responsive.

wow paypal ? paypal reviewed my case and declined it straight up in less than 20 mins.

i've provided all of the information they needed, screenshots of the payment notification in arabic , the video of the interview with jonathan where he admits there was a data breech , this forum that shows multiple people with the same issue as me. showed them that i hadnt played poe since the 21st of december when the transaction was made on the night of the 22nd / 23rd.
I think paypal just hates me. 3rd time they side with company over users with a straight face.
