It’s been a month since the last update by support on email. Could support confirm the status of my refund request for the USD 31.7 shipping cost? As the items were stated to be opted out and hence not to be shipped or delivered, the refund should be converted to at least 317 MTX points. Appreciate any assistance. |

3 months have passed and I got no help at all. The only response I got was end of last year:
"Hey there, Thanks for reaching out to us and for all your support. So that we may be able to look into this further, could you please let us know your Path of Exile account name (4-digit discriminator included) and a few of your character names? Please note that if you play through Steam, your Steam Path of Exile account name may not be the same as your Steam account name. Kind regards, Sian" I replied within a few minutes and no further response. Every now and then I'm asking for a response and still don't get any reply. |

Gladly received the physical goods today and I must say, the packaging overall and the protection of the art book are extremely premium. There must've been an error while I initially ordered and the support guy who finalized my issue and was super competent and friendly despite my mild crashout over the last few months. Wish I could imagine how much of backlogging they must have had or still have.
