Could I get assistance on the above request for a refund on my shipping since the items were mentioned on not being shipped / delivered. The cost is usd 31.7 so expecting at least amount of 317 mtx points as refund?

Hi,

It’s been a month since the last update by support on email. Could support confirm the status of my refund request for the USD 31.7 shipping cost? As the items were stated to be opted out and hence not to be shipped or delivered, the refund should be converted to at least 317 MTX points.

Appreciate any assistance.

3 months have passed and I got no help at all. The only response I got was end of last year:

I replied within a few minutes and no further response. Every now and then I'm asking for a response and still don't get any reply.
