Upgrade Supporter Pack and opted for physical but received points instead

Hi,

I recently upgraded my supporter pack on the PoE2 website (from the Faridun pack to the Karui pack). I also filled in my shipping details and paid the $31 USD shipping fee
(total cost: $140 USD for the upgrade + $31 USD for shipping).

However, I noticed I received 2000 points instead of the expected 1400 points.

I've reached out to support, but their response time seems a bit long. I wanted to ask if any members of the forum support team can confirm whether my account will still receive the physical items from this upgrade.

I’m also okay with the mistakenly awarded extra 600 points being removed, as long as I still receive the physical merch, of course.

Also, has anyone else experienced a similar issue when upgrading supporter packs through the PoE2 website? Any insights or help from the forum support team would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there, if you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
I too was somehow opted out of physical items when upgrading from the King of Faridun to the Vaal pack. I still got the Vaal pack, and sent the Support Team a message requesting I be opted back into physical items, but no luck with a response yet.

I'm wary of upgrading further for fear of being fully opted out of the physical items (I mostly just want the book), but hopefully in early January they manage to get to a lot more messages, once the holidays are done.
Hey have either of you received an email back from support about this yet? I'm waiting as well :( 10 days
Got a follow up that requested account and characters details for verification maybe 1 week after my first email. About a week in later and no follow up yet. Think they will probably reply next year.
Anyone have gotten any useful response from support on this or similar situation? Email been pending since 19 Dec 24. Thanks!
