Game plays the same across all classses
" +1,100% agree the whole system seems backwards, instead of giving players agency to build and try new things they basically have an ideal build for each class and want the players to just play them that way, its pretty much just a reskin of D4 classes and paragon board at this point. |

The problem is in new skill sockets system. The old one in POE1 was perfect in terms of balance, new skill system will bring problems like D4 have

" Thank God there's no utility flasks, and no Mageblood meta endgame in PoE 2. Repeatedly pressing 3-4-5 is not my idea of fun, and situational flasks are not an exciting gameplay mechanic. |

They should inverse all buttons a random debuff from certain mobs, so up is down and down is up. Amazing dazed debuff.

Strongly disagree, all the classes feel extremely different, even within themselves depending on what you choose to spec or which skill you main.

" I played enough to have the experience of every character ending up being the same build where I don't do anything but hold left click. Turn my head to the other monitor, where I'm currently lurking on twitch to get a twitch drop, and the streamer also isn't really paying attention to their game either, just holding left click. |

" Yep. This is 95% of my time in POE1 maps. Every build (including what buttons I even use) feel very different in POE2. Rarely use dodge-roll on any build, so I dunno where people keep coming up with dodge-roll complaints or memes; maybe it's like RaizQT's comment about people randomly rolling around when they don't know what to do movement wise, like saying "um" out of habit. Only heavily combo spammy character I've played (out of like 10+ builds/archetypes) was pure cold spell Sorceress, as there is only 1 cold spell for every gem tier, and none of them are good on their own for any purpose (except frost bomb on cooldown), and all the mid-level spells until Comet are things like Ice Wall or Frostbite curse; this is made worse by the fact that skill gem tiers are spread out to level 52 character requirement. We need like 4 times as many spells. I know we have a bunch more coming with Druid, Templar, and Assassin, but need more for elemental and Occult as well. E.A. is missing half of the release content, so not too frustrated about it. |
