No response to the e-mail sent to Support

Looking at the 0.1.1 patch and the kinds of things they did fix suggests that this is either a problem they don't know how to address or that it is not worth their time.

In any situation, some kind of response by GGG to the affected players should happen. This is not a free Beta. It's something we paid for
