Cast Targeting Self

I'm playing on gamepad and I would offer up my firstborn for an option to set a skill to cast targeting centered on myself. The wall spells with the Fortress support would be more useful if they could be set to cast a circle around myself. I know that I can manually target myself, but at least for frost wall, I often just want it centered on myself and not the minion that I'm aiming at. It would be nice if this could be set per skill bind so that I could have one that centered on me and one that centered on my target.
