Still no fix for this quest that has been bugged since release??

0.3.1 came and went and Console (xbox) still has this issue - the medallion is placed but it's not giving rewards, and interaction is bugged with controller (player is lvl 82, quest appears complete but the medallion is missing in the map, and the reward is missing, interaction is bugged)
