Path of exile 2 lost access to beta

This also happened to me. However does anyone know, if I/we purchase a new access, will my character still be there?

Mine was still there

Purchased over reseller, played 10hr, lost access, waited 3 days for no support, bought again over Poe HP, chars still there, rocking with friends on holidays now. Hope support refunds once they answer
