WHAT AM I DOING WRONG TO NOT GET 3RD ASCENDACY POINT

Some time cant say if its bug or game, after each floor honor decrease 50 per, last floor 600 honor of 2500, done 3 time, it said "click to get ascendency point" but did't get. Now its bug or game.
