Bahlak, the Sky Seer Trial of Chaos Boss

I would like to report an issue I encountered while playing Path of Exile 2 in Hardcore mode as a Warrior at level 46. My character has the following stats:

Health: 1500
Armor: 71%
Fire Resistance: 73%
Lightning Resistance: 71%
Cold Resistance: 53%
Most of my other skills are working fine, but I am experiencing a major issue with the Tornado skill of Bahlak, the Sky Seer. As a Warrior, my character is primarily built for melee combat, which makes it very difficult to deal with this particular skill.

The Tornado skill does an extremely high amount of damage, and even with high resistances and armor, my character dies instantly within a fraction of a second. This happens despite having substantial Fire and Lightning resistances, as well as decent armor. The damage from Tornado seems disproportionate to my defensive capabilities, and I don't even have a chance to react or escape, as my character is slow and struggles with mobility.

I am not sure if this is a bug in the damage calculation or if it is working as intended, but the situation feels very unfair, especially in Hardcore mode, where dying means permanent loss of progress. I would like to request that this issue be investigated and adjusted if necessary, as it is making it extremely difficult for melee Warrior players to deal with this boss.

The tornado's damage is horrendously out of line. You do have a half second warning, however, as the boss does a spin in place before summoning the tornado. But that's not much warning for a skill that is basically a one shot.

Hello, same opinion here.
Not a warrior, but a HC 48 Gemling with crossbow, 1.4k pv, 64% armor and capped res.
And I got quasi instant in a 38 ultimatum.

The tornado is also absolutely massive and moves fast. It seems overtuned in its current version.

It just gets worse when you come back at level 75. Every other boss is ridiculously easy compared to this bird.

Main issue is the tornado for melee characters. Even if you immediately try to disengage when he starts the attack, it's pretty much always too late. The AOE is so gigantic that you're not going to get far enough away.

Even on 3k HP it will immediately kill you.

Agreed. My level 90 very meta spark sorceress trivializes the rest of the trial, melting the first two bosses in a couple of seconds, but this tornado does the same to me. He quickly loses 90% of his hp to his attacks then nearly instantly turns into a tornado. My character has 7k eHP with MoM and Everlasting Gaze and I die instantaneously. 35% movement speed boots and Blink on my offhand staff, but can't escape.

I have been dying to this thing since last night. I will ace all of the content up to this fight. I am just barely unable to kill him before he procs the tornado, and I die. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Question :

In destiny 2 and other games, dps is linked to the frame rate of the game due to the game engine for console, and the higher the frame rate are the more dps done and taken. (In D2 at 144 fps some monster could kill you in less than 2s while at 30 fps it took more than 4s)

Could one of you try again with a low fps cap to check if there is a change ?

Lvl 89, all resists 75% except chaos, 2000hp + 2500es, 72% evasion rating and I die in seconds in that tornado. And even after you manage to survive it - boss starts using almost unreadable aoe full arena skills that kill me in seconds while I try to dodge. I can't event do some damage. This is totally broken. You either kill it before it starts tornado, or die...

This boss compared to the other two is INSANELY overtuned. The damage is way out of line for practically every attack when compared to the other two bosses.

yeah i got 2 lvl 90 chars,killed everything in the game and this guy is the worst boss of them all,way overtuned and his tornado is so bad designed
