Ascend To Power is stuck at "Search the traitors passage" (Cruel, act 2)

Same issue on both characters in Cruel.

I have the same issue, and have no other quests to pursue for some reason. It's definitely bugged. (Act 2 Cruel)

I had the same issue, and here’s how I solved it:

I was on the quest *"Ancient to Power"* in Act 2 (Cruel). The quest tracker instructed me to "Search Traitor's Passage," but after completely clearing the map, I found nothing.

It turns out you don’t need to access the *Trial of Sekhemas* in Cruel. Instead, you can teleport to it in Act 2 (non-Cruel).

You’ll need a *Djinn Barya* with three trials, which is a random drop. Insert the *Djinn Barya* into the Relic Altar to start the trial.

literally same problem, cleared map couple times also killed balballa few times nothing drops and quest is stuck
