what was the outcome? Did you get your access back? Why was it gone?


I replied to them, and now I am again waiting for response. But they said they could probably help me, and asked me for my account name and the characters I had there. So I am hopeful. Will let it know if it is fixed.

Now friends wanted to continue so I bought it again, this time directly over Poe HP, hope they refund once they answer, but works fine, chars are still there.

till today no response and nothing is being done. played for 10 hours and come to this.

whats the point of paying for early access and not able to play early access? aint this scamming ppl money?

Taper your expectations. I've been waiting 4 weeks for my issue to resolve.

Do you have any news regarding this incident? To date, no official communication has been shared, including on X (I invite you to consider posting a public message on this subject).

We are paying for a service that, unfortunately, does not appear to be fully functional. What solutions do you propose while waiting for the problem to be resolved?

Additionally, I purchased a key on the POE for a friend, which now prevents me from purchasing a key for myself.
