Help to unlock account

I understand that support might be overwhelmed, but what I don’t understand is how it’s possible that after a week my account still hasn’t been unlocked due to their mistake. All they need to do is read the email and unlock the account... I understand there are different cases, but we’re talking about me being unable to play for a week because they can’t read my email and perform an action that takes 5 minutes.
If they’re so overwhelmed, why don’t they assign more people just to read emails and categorize them? I don’t think it’s such a difficult task to unlock an account that was blocked by mistake. Can a moderator please say something? It’s been a week, and this is still unresolved... |

They will not tell you. I tried to request information about it here with examples i heard about but they deleted it
This was the Message i got from them: " I've gone ahead and removed a post you made as it contains possible information about our verification process. We ask that you not share this kind of information as malicious users use this kind of information in order to attempt to gain access to accounts they do not own." " The answer to this is they have assigned the money used for logical things such as a basic level of support to YouTube and Twitch streamers. Flying them out to play the game and huge amounts of sponsored videos. It is clear the goal is to extract as much money as they can from the little guy above everything else. They can't even give us updates regarding this absolute fiasco. We are talking basic level support to calm thousands of infuriated customers. Even the staff replies on this forum read like they can't be bothered.. the same templated messages copy and paste to each thread again and again. They just don't seem to care at all. |

Is no moderator really going to say anything about this?
I understand there might be delays in support's response, but my account has been blocked for a week because support decided so after I requested an email change, right after paying $100 for the EA. Can no moderator really shed some light on this? I've been waiting for 5 days without a response from support, and for some reason, when they finally reply, it'll probably be to ask some trivial question about my account to verify if it's mine, and then I'll have to wait another week. Please... |
