Change EMail/Primary login

Hey guys i want to buy PoE2 via Steam but first i want to change my current EMail/Primary login but i dont receive any EMails (nothing in spam). It only says on the website:

"Processing Change Email Request
An email should be sent to your current address soon. Please visit the link in the email to complete the change."

I wrote a EMail last week to "support@grindinggear.com" aswell. But didnt get a answer so far.

I am having the same issue. Sent 2 support emails. No reply. I would love to play but I would like to have my tabs and cosmetics transfer.

Its 7 days now without any response from the support. I cant even login to my account because i dont get the unlock code via Mail. Can you at least fix that i dont need a code to unlock so i can play?
