Spirit Gems

I am kind of stuck, and hoping the community can help. For some reason I am missing a level 1 Spirit Gem.. Now that I am collecting all these level 5 spirit gems, I cant use them because I do not have enough spirit points. Im already in act 2, is there anyway I can get the level 1 spirit gems?
