Sacred Flame Resistance presence

Can confirm. Does not work at all. I am Avatar of Fire so all my damage is fire. Ran into an enemy +68% elemental resist map with Sacred Flame equipped. I did more damage with Flammability than Despair. These were white mobs with zero chaos resist. Please fix this. It is a really cool effect.

" According to poedb, the description on sceptre may be incorrect and it only works with elemental resistances. It is also possible that the lowest resistance is only counted up to 0 (Family - ElementalPenetration). But these are all just my guesses.  |
