Decaying Hex

I can also confirm it doesn't work with Blasphemy.

Same issue here, should be looked at as wording do not prevents this in any way and it should work (and pretty sure something similar to this on shield worked in poe1 as well so its just bugged here)

I am personally okay with it not working with blasphemy, since that changes it to an aura.

Not being able to scale ANY damage, when it has the exact same functionality as corrupting blood. Is a tragedy.

I was just about to regret my whole character over to int stacking to use this is my primary ability. I am currently using corrupting blood, but i wanted the QoL of a longer lasting ability, and something i only needed to apply once. I am very disappointed. As once again, the "make your own build and experiment" option, is not here with this ability.

Also decaying hex + hex bloom doesn't work. The curse spreads but it doesn't apply decay.

I'd like to see Decaying Hex work with Blasphemy. The fact that the Blaspemy applies the curses instead of you manually cursing is true, but the curse is still applied with Decaying Hex socketed in it. Should work.

Other point Decaying Hex is incompatible with Chaotic freeze, or Chaotic freeze cant be put in a curse spell. But even if you mix them in hand of chayula it will not work

Decaying hex still does not scale with Spell damage or Chaos damage.

Will continue to report to see if there is any improvements or changes with the new patch

0.2 here as well. I don't understand why they increased the scaling to 100% int, when it still doesn't scale with Spell damage, Chaos damage or increases to Damage over Time damage. It doesn't matter what percentage of int it is changed to if you can't scale it in any other way.

No more multipliers, not added damage, absolutely nothing. This makes no sense at all.

Sucks to see that this is still broken. it deals 0 damage when socketed in blasphemy
