Missing Reforging Bench

Hello, I have a problem where I don't have the Reforging Bench. I've completed the blacksmith quest and have no other related quests open, neither in Act 1 (Normal) nor in Cruel. I do have the normal crafting bench, but not the Reforging Bench. I kindly ask for help.

Edit:
I solved the problem by completing the quest in the Molten Vault, and now the Reforging Bench is there.
