Hi,
I have the same issues... "Cannot open the web browser due to account restrictions. Please check your Xbox live account." I checked everything in the settings and put everything to open, but it still doesn't work. I have noticed that I can go to the trade website with my laptop while I'm logged in at the Xbox and whisper somebody, but I cannot see the items I have in my trade stash. So I could probably buy things but don't sell. The trade website doesn't get my online status somehow. Two friends play on Xbox too and the don't have this problem, so there should be a solution. If I log in with a PC I can trade without problems. GGG pls help us! I already wrote an email to the support. |

Having this same problem as well. I purchased Poe2 on my Xbox series X and have been playing it happily. I get the same error message while trying to open the trade website in-game. After logging in with my Xbox account to the Poe2 website, the website says I have not purchased the early supporter pack. When trying to log into the trade website, I am redirected to my Poe1 characters and cannot view Poe2 characters or stash. I do not have access to a computer that can run Poe2 so inconveniencies and restrictions to console play deeply affect my ability to access the game.
I would appreciate any response from GGG to at least make people who have been playing these games a long time (and forked over the money for the early supporter pack) feel that the studio takes these problems seriously. |

Their is a solution for item filter only and that’s to log in to your ggg account via a pc or tablet / phone , once logged in click on game then item filters click on poe2 in the drop down box then pick the filter you want then follow it and it will show up on your console of choice hope this helps .
