You have one to one my problem. Exactly the same. Also send them a request NOT to lock my account and still provided them a shtload of evidence i am the owner and creator of the steam AND poe account and just need a mail and password reset. No response for 15 days now.
My solution was now to buy the game on another account. Play it and charge back -> repeat with different account until my problem is solved. You payed for it and they lock you out for having a horrible support system. |
